The Road Ahead…

When you make your enquiry with us, you enter an application process, much like when you apply for a job. We will be assessing your compatibility with our franchise network throughout the process, just as much you will be assessing everything yourself.

Applicant Enquiry Stage
It all starts from that initial contact. You will research us, visit our website, search for us on the Internet, read our reviews and get a feel for who we are and what we are about. You will then be brave and reach out to us.

Applicant Pre-Screening Stage
In the next stage, you will then be asked to complete a Pre-Screening Call with your Franchise Recruitment Officer. Don’t worry, this call is simply to check that we are the right franchise for you and to see which of our franchise opportunities you will be most suitable for.

Applicant Interview Stage
If you are suitable, you should get to the Applicant Interview Stage with ease. However, this is where the real work begins. You will be asked to complete a Franchise Application Form, which will form a key part of your application with us. Remember, think of an application process for a job and you will recognise how important this stage is.

If you pass the application stage, then you will be invited to a face to-face interview at Head Office. Don’t worry, our team are very caring and considerate, and we will make you feel more than welcome. You will be interviewed using a number of pre-written questions and you will be asked questions about your application form. Your Franchise Recruitment Officer will support you every step of theway and will even accompany you to the interview.

Business Preparation Stage
Clarriots - Business Preparation StageThe final stage. Well done for getting this far! This is where you will map out your Business Plan, using our template and the expertise of our finance partners, Franchise Finance, who have decades of experience working with Business Plans and obtaining finance. You will be forecasting your income, setting your employee wage rates and bringing together all the work you have done so far into the one plan. You will get extensive assistance from Franchise Finance and we are always on hand to answer any queries you have.
